For more than a decade now, Stacy McNeiland has honed and perfected her skills in strategic planning and management with the University of Central Oklahoma or UCO. She started her career in UCO as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Communications and Leadership and made her way up the career ladder to Executive Director for Community Outreach. As of today, Stacy McNeiland is connected with UCO’s Career Services Department where she is largely responsible for laying down the necessary strategic solutions for the department.

She has served as lead spokesperson and ambassador for various non-profit organizations and for the university as well. She has done some counseling work for some student scholars of UCO about proper leadership principles and appropriate career planning. In 2006, she was named “UCO Administrative Leader of the Year” by the student body.

Apart from the work she is doing in the University of Central Oklahoma, she is also working as an Independent Consultant for Strategic Management Designs which is based in Edmond, Oklahoma. She has been in this position for three years now. Stacy McNeiland is also considered an authority in the field of organizational management and development.
