Stacy McNeiland and Successful Recruitment

The University of Central Oklahoma has seen university enrollment grow by over 305, thanks to the extraordinary leadership and recruitment skills applied by Executive Director Stacy McNeiland. Her programs, including state-wide recruitment campaigns contributed to the increase.

In charge of the Community Outreach and Special Projects Department since last year, Stacy McNeiland successfully enlisted 1,500 new members for the Alumni Association over the past four years by implementing the Central Students Today, Alumni Forever program.  The Adult Orientation program, which Stacy McNeiland herself also designed, proved beneficial for the association, which saw its budget grow to over USD 1 million.
