UCO owes a lot to Stacy McNeiland as she is responsible for drawing up corporate objectives as part of her job under the president’s lead-team in UCO. Her planning skills are flawless and with sufficient experience and extensive knowledge, drafted proposals to increase operational and sales budgets.

She has served as lead spokesperson and ambassador for various non-profit organizations and for the university as well. She has done some counseling work for some student scholars of UCO about proper leadership principles and appropriate career planning. In 2006, she was named “UCO Administrative Leader of the Year” by the student body.

Apart from the work she is doing in the University of Central Oklahoma, she is also working as an Independent Consultant for Strategic Management Designs which is based in Edmond, Oklahoma. She has been in this position for three years now. Stacy McNeiland is also considered an authority in the field of organizational management and development.

In charge of the Community Outreach and Special Projects Department since last year, Stacy McNeiland successfully enlisted 1,500 new members for the Alumni Association over the past four years by implementing the Central Students Today, Alumni Forever program.  The Adult Orientation program, which Stacy McNeiland herself also designed, proved beneficial for the association, which saw its budget grow to over USD 1 million.
